KAI TAK The Knightsbridge – High-end Residential Design

Our team recently completed Kai Tak The Knightsbridge’s Project , creating an ideal home that perfectly blends with the Victoria Harbour view for a successful businessman with a refined lifestyle. The design fully utilizes the prime waterfront location, seamlessly integrating natural light and shadow into the interior. Based on a classic style, it incorporates subtle luxurious elements to create a high-end residential design.

For materials, we chose marble coffee tables and countertops to enhance the texture, and replaced traditional marble walls with custom-made art murals, balancing luxury and comfort while also being easier to maintain. The living room features distinctive wainscoting paired with simple frames and exquisite wallpaper, exuding understated elegance. The color scheme primarily uses off-white, cream, and earth tones to create a tranquil and elegant atmosphere, with touches of dark green, indigo, and metallic colors to subtly enhance the visual depth.

The room’s cabinetry employs simple lines and water-patterned glass to reduce bulk, balancing aesthetics and practicality. By integrating nature, materials, and colors, we have created an ideal residence for the homeowner that offers both sea views and a warm, inviting design experience.
