The Realm of Simplicity – Approx 700 sq. ft.

* Interpretation of Sea Views and Aesthetics *

This project is a upper unit, approximately 700-sqft, residence with sea views in an 11-year-old building. MP crafted a minimalist living space for the homeowner and their beloved dog.The designer adopted “Subtractive Aesthetics” as the core concept to create a minimalist space. The design team utilized a palette of white, beige, grey, and earth tones, employing low-saturation color layers to seamlessly blend the sea views into the interior. A perfect balance between empty space and functionality was achieved. While the original three-bedroom layout was retained, the circulation paths were configured to create a home that facilitates family interaction while meeting the need for privacy. All furniture and decorations throughout the home feature clean lines, deliberately avoiding overly intricate designs to present a sense of pure beauty.
